Shipping Terms:


At this time, we ship merchandise to locations within the continental North America and mostly international locations which USPS, FedEx or TNT Express can reach.


We ship via USPS Priority Airmail service at a zone rate , 7-10 days for delivery , basic tracking info, P.O. Box and APO addresses are deliverable.


It may takes us 2-3 days to prepare the shipment, once your order has been approved.


Important Notice: We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. If you do have a deadline for delivery please consult us first and if the parcel does not arrive on time it will not be an excuse to cancel your order.


The risk of loss or delay or extra costs would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.


Online Tracking:


You may Find the tracking number under your order history by logging into your account, once the item has been shipped the tracking number will be shown besides the order ID, our system will also email you the tracking info automatically.

For the UK customers: Please visit Parcel force Website, input the tracking number we provide AND select the checkbox of "Inbound international parcel."

For Canadian customers: Please visit Canada Post Website and input the tracking number we provide.

For Australian customers: Please visit Australia Post Website and input the tracking number we provide.

For customers from other countries: Please contact us for more information.

We do hope that you are happy with your selection, but considering the risk and potential damage during shipment, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

For Returns: If you order jeans for yourself, please tell us your waist/inseam; we do not accept returns if you refuse to offer such information.

If you order jeans for your friends, we also need his/her body measurement information.Besides, please be informed that we do not accept returns for style problem. If your friends do not like that style, you can not return.

For Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the wrong items sent by mistake. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return. All items can only exchange for the same replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Please contact us first to obtain the return address.

Please send back the returns by insured airmail, we will not be responsible for any lose during the shipment, We suggest USPS Globe Priority Mail or Express service as shipping method.
